General information
- This 2.5-day training course provides an introduction the Oroboros O2k and NextGen-O2k including the O2k-PB-Module, O2k-NADH-Module, O2k-Q-Module and DatLab 8 and applications of the TIP2k. Demo experiments illustrate the principle and show the unique advantages and limitations of simultaneous monitoring of oxygen concentration, mitochondrial respiration, NADH- and Q-redox states. A demo experiment with algae will show an application of the PB-Module. Note that the demo experiments do not include hands-on sessions for the participants due to limitation in time.
