โMan in the Extremesโ event in Trondheim. Christopher McDougall is the author of the famous book โBorn to runโ and gave a fascinating talk about the Tarahumaras โ a hidden tribe in Mexico who, being best distance runners in the world, are considered the Ultra-Runners.
