MitoEAGLE Short-Term Scientific Mission

Work Plan summary
1-LEARN THE TECNIQUE DEVELOPED IN DR. CHAKRABARTI´S LAB FOR THE ANALYSIS OF MITOCHONDRIAL PROTEOMICS.
This is a powerful and valuable technique to integrate changes in mitochondrial proteins with the parameters of mitochondrial bioenergetics, morphology, physiology and phenotype that we have already done at the University of Granada.
2.TO GET MITOCHONDRIAL PROTEOMICS DATA IN DIFFERENT TISSUES UNDER THE TREATMENT OF 2,4-DiHB FOR PRIMARY CoQ DEFICIENCY AND IN THE AGIGN PROCESS UNDER MODERATE CoQ DEFICIENCYTo.
The combination of these data with the results that we are generating at the University of Granada will result in two important collaborative articles.
3.TO ESTABLISH A PRODUCTIVE COLLABORATION BETWEEN TWO GROUPS interested in mitochondrial physiology and pathophysiology but with different and complementary expertise.
This collaboration could be the start point of applications for future collaborative projects.
